Ordered a product in flipkart on 22nd of july 2022. the delivery of the product to be done by 23rd july but till date i dint received my product.
i went to the nearest ekart logistics hub and asked for the product details to verify whether the product received to the hub or not. ekart logistics person has cheked the details and said item is in hub and received the product to hub on 23rd july itself. i asked to give the product to hand but they said they will deliver to address given in the flipkart.
till now the product is delivered to me. the ekart hub is just 6 to 7km away from my room. but till date i never received the product.
