I have ordered a product on Flipkart which was to be delivered on 21st dec’23 but till today I haven’t received my product yet everyday I use to receive a message as product is out for delivery and share the otp while receiving. When I reached Flipkart regarding this they are asking me to wait for 48 hours to get response. Why should I wait they have already breached the delivery date yet asking the customer to wait
