The ordered product was supposed to delivered to the stated address on Saturday April 9 and tracking status shows delivered but it wasn’t delivered to us. Maybe delivered somewhere else and information regarding this wasn’t given sbout the missing despite begging contacting different sources. And they have automatically canceled my order without intimation. Hence I the same product to be delivered to the right address. Also the delivery guys must be instructed to deliver to the exact person whose name is mentioned in the order or at least contact them before handing over to random strangers. Loss is ultimately to the customers. I need justice.
