I had ordered a canon printer which cost me Rs 18,500. My order id is 406-9857584-3273945, however delivered item was in the package of HP and also a HP product which is too old and defective. So, same day i complained about this to the customer care and initiated a refund request. They had given the pickup of item on 16th Sept 2021 but no one came for pickup. I again initiated pickup request then they gave me date for pickup 19th Sept 2021. On 19th one delivery agent called me in afternoon amd said that he will come in evening for pickup but he didn’t come. Then i tried to call on the same number twice he didn’t received my call. So again i called to customer care and told them same thing happened to me again, then they initiated my pickup after 2 days i. e. On 21st Sept. I am really pissed up with all these and mentally harassed by amazon.
