To Whom It May Concern
Sub: Amazon Order No: 171-4161085-6472367
I would like to bring to your notice for Order No mentioned in the subject line, the delivery of the items was not done however, fraudulently, Amazon indicates that the delivery was done earlier. Even though Amazon received the entire payment in advance, failed and neglected to deliver the items which amount to fraud and cheating customers.
I demand a refund of the amount and a written apology from Amazon for these unethical practices.
I really regret being an Amazon Customer for so many years and moving forward, I wouldn’t recommend their services due to past bad experiences.
