Reference Order No. 16790335490083285W, I was given delivery by JioMart a fake/counterfeit & non functional Altec Lansing iMW257 Mini H2O Bluetooth Multimedia Speaker, Blue. It is not only fake/counterfeit but unusable dustbin item. Necessary communication in this regard was lodged on the same delivery day on 20.03.2023. I received reply on 26.03.2023 stating that quote “we do not find the product with any defect. Hence, your complaint is closed”. Unquote : Its a total fraud and looted my hard earned money by showing super discount deals in many websites. You are requested to lodge complaint, as numerous phone calls and mail messages have the same monotonous reply and arrange to refund Rs. 1,200/- paid to JioMart.
