I ordered an Apple Air pods (3rd Generation) from Flipkart on 10 September and received the same on 11 September. The seller on flipkart app was “TREASURE HAUL ONLINE” and Company name indicates on the voucher is “CIGFIL RETAIL PRIVATE LIMITED”. A copy of the voucher is attached herewith for reference.
2. On the same day of delivery of product, I noticed of receiving a fake products out of following causes:
(i) The item is not connecting properly to phone
(ii) Its serial number GYVT66D7RQ cannot be verified on apple website https://checkcoverage.apple
(iii) Message appears on phone that “These headphones could not verified as genuine Airpods and may not behave as expected”.
(iii) Its warranty period shows already expired in the phone.
(iv) Authorized Apple Service Center also verified it confirming of its being fake item
3. I had requested flipkart through call to accept my return on the same day when I received the product, to which they categorically denied to entertain my request by evading its responsibility and repeatedly directed me to contact Apple store. I had sent them email too but no response received thereto.
4. Keeping in view the high cost of item i.e. Rs. 19,600/- and non-cooperative response of flipkart for returning the said product, I therefore, request the competent authority in the organization to take up the matter with flipkart to accept my return request of Apple Air pods (3rd Generation).
