I have ordered 2 rakhis with lumba set on 19 July 2020.I have received rakhis on 25 July 2020.What I received that both rakhies are wrong,fake and quality was so poor.What amount charges for the rakhies it was completely wrong and besides this Paytm makes us fool and doing fraudulent activities with their customer by delivering completely wrong and fake product.After this I placed return request for both rakhies Both rakhies has been picked up.And one rakhies amount has been credited in source account while one has been rejected.Iam not getting what is the reason for this.I ordered rakhies for our so prestigious festival Rakhi which has been passed with so much problem due to Paytm.I was not able to send rakhies to my brothers again.It was so bad and disappointing.Today is 7 aug 2020.Still Paytm making me fool.For a right thing I am suffering from more than 10 days.Now Paytm replies me that your one return has been rejected.While I was supposing to return my money.they put me in trouble again.There is not only issue of money.More than that it was rakhies festival of our religion.It comes in a year only one time.It is so.sad for me.
I want explanation for this also want my money back with compensation.Due to Paytm I harresed mentally and financially.
