I received Anime – Itachi bag with
Order ID # 408-1559947-1457943, delivered by Amazon on 29/08/2023, and it was damaged. When I approached Amazon it was stated that delivery window was closed and my refund or replacement request was rejected. Kindly help me in this regard.
