Dear Team,
i have order APC Easy UPS BVX1200LI-IN 1200VA using online order #407-2842320-1923540 dt
Jul 26, 2021. Have received delivery of Dead on arrival UPS piece on July 28. Upon report replacement received on Aug 11, 2021. We were able to power on however battery backup does not last for less than 5 minutes. We have connect only one modem.
