Hello i purchased a phone from flipkart on 1st feb and got the delivery by 3rd feb 2023 but the phone delivered to me was defective. The phone didn’t turned onn. I contacted customer support and they told me we will asking seller for replacement and from 3rd feb to till today 28th there is no neither deliver replacement not provided pickup.
