Text of Complaint by Jinay Mehta:

I ordered an LG AC from Flipkart on 7th March 2023 and received the product on 24th March 2023. LG Technician visited and found an issue with the Product that there is a gas leakage in the indoor unit. I raised a return request twice on Flipkart and both times the request was rejected without any information given to me. Now, Product with amount of 34990 is useless at home and Flipkart is not resolving the issue.
