Text of Complaint by Abhisikta Bhattacharya:

Purchased one Daikin 1.8 Ton 5 Star Inverter Split AC (Copper FTKF60TV White)” the order ID #403-1800395-9597116 Which delivered on 29th June 2020. During installation it was found a defective product and technician marked gas leak on his job sheet. Return was initiated as no replacement was available and pick up date was 4.7.2020. Till date no one came to pick up the product. Called Amazon customer service multiple times but everytime Amazon customer care operator giving false promises. Ac cost is 62769/- and faced hell lot of harassment during installation as half way it was discovered as defective and again everything needed to be uninstall. From last 5 days we are at home because of this pickup. Worst service by Amazon.
