Text of Complaint by Ramprasad:

I have purchased iPhone 13 and delivered by Amazon on 7th.I have opened it on 8th and found a scar on the screen, called Amazon customer care.They have asked for the photo of the scar.Scar was very fine,I was unable to capture it,so I searched and found Apple Store,went there and they helped me taking the picture of it. Again I called Amazon customer care on 11 from the morning to night 9am,for each call I have waited 15 to 20 min for their response,finally they rejected to replace it. It’s worth of Rs.61000/-.
