Text of Complaint by Kali Prasad:

we have purchased a Voltas AC where we have received a damaged product upon delivery and unpacking during installation we have seen the upper panel of the product is damaged and no damaged pieces are found inside packaging which implied tat product was damaged during dispatch itself.and Area Service Manager has assured that they are going to replace the damaged part with in weeks time but have stopped responding to calls even after 20 days we are receiving no response.
