Text of Complaint by JAGDISH KAPADIA:

I ordered a computer internal hard disk with 1 TB -WD brand and was delivered on 15.8.2023 (seller RSO solution) and tried to install on 22.8.2023 (7th day from delivery).My technical person found that power socket of the hard disk was damaged from one side and it could not be installed due to power supply not connected. .Immediately I logged into my FLIPKART account and shared my comment/feedback .Also tried to submit with all comments but could not complete due to site problem of FLIPKART.I shared feedback with only 1 star mentioning all details. I logged into my app/account and talked to customer care center 3 times from 25.8.23 onwards. (call record data available)
I assumed that when I logged into my Flipkart account, due to my negative feedback I would get call from customer care. I was not allowed to raise Return Request saying it is “No Return ” product. When I booked the product it was not displayed (No Return) and showed 7 days return option. .Invoice from seller mentioned it is No Return product.
My concerns are as under.
1.Product delivered to me was manufactured in 2013 (ten years old).
2.Invoice did not mention correct serial no. of product-mismatch with actual.
3.Product on the back showed marker pen writing showing date of June.2023-means it was already sold to some one but that customer must have returned due to damage/defect.
4.Power socket was already damaged so delivery of damaged/defective was done intentionally to cheat the customer making product as non-return one-not allowing refund/replacement and so I had lost my money of Rs.3172 being price paid .
I logged in Flipkart Account number of times on 22.8.2023 (Last valid date for return) and called customer care three times (till 27.8.2023) . They promised to find out some amicable solution by way of replacement.
But finally on last call on 27.8.2023,I was told it is not possible since it was No return product and your complaint was not on record. These both were just baseless excuses and tried to avoid replacement product which was very damaged/defective (Not usable at all).
