Hello Mr. Jeff Bezos & Andy Jassy {CEO of Amazon} James Matty {Amazon’s Executive Customer Relation}
I mailed you several times on your official mail id, but no response from your end, kindly respond me, I am waiting for your positive response for my order. I am your existing customer since 10 years.
When I called to Customer Support for my order, they told me that my case is handled by Social Media Team {SMT}, kindly mailed them for further updates.
But after mailed to Social Media Team they reply me that my case is handled by Executive Customer Relation Team {ECRT}.
Now told me who gave me updates on my order which I got damaged/broken.
I have placed an Order with Order Id:- 402-3467750-1112312 “Nova Bluecut Eyeglasses (zero power) with Blue Light Blocking Lens” of Amount Rs. 3590.00 {Rs. Three Thousand Five Hundred & Ninty Only} on 18-05-2022 which was delivered to me on 21-05-2022 in damaged condition {outer box}. Before refuse to take parcel delivered to me your delivery boy marked delivered and assured me that product should be intact condition. And told me if any miss happening with product contact with customer support they resolve the issue.
After that I opened the box in the presence of delivery boy & shocked after opening the package that both Frame & Glass should be Damaged/Broken. At that time I called to customer support for my order and share images, but they didn’t help me.
After that they connect my call to their specialist team, their they file investigation against my order, but none of your any investigation team member come in front of me to checked the status of product, then in which ground your investigation should be done, I am not satisfied with your investigation.
After investigation, you told me that product should be intact condition when it reaches the Amazon hub, but after out for delivery at 08:02 AM to till delivery at 01:19 PM in which condition your delivery boy carry the parcel because he carry not a single parcel, he carry too many parcel at a time, heavy & light both type of parcel.
Kindly consider my case and provide me refund/replacement for my order. None of your executive member should consider my case.
If you didn’t hear me and help me here, then I have to take help of National Consumer Helpline {NCH}.
Kindly help me regarding my order and provide me replacement/refund against my order.
