Text of Complaint by SARKAR JAVED AKHTAR:

after buying a legion laptop from amazon having rtx 3060 Graphics, it can’t even play small pc games, rtx 3060 should give 80+fps, it hardly gives that, automatically shuts down often, contacted manufacturer, seller, executives they are unable to give solution
Tech team of amazon told me that technician with visit max within 23rd October
I contacted on 19th, here
Tech executive told me that technician will visit me within 23rd, I was told to wait for 48 hrs
Today is 27th October 2022
No call, message, email or any contact from technician yet now, I contacted on Sunday, one of executive told me to wait till today last
On 25th I also contacted, executives told me to wait for another 48 hours, on 27th I contacted,
Today in evening one of senior executive told free replacement or return or refund will be done and told me to contact after few hours, still now they are saying they can’t arrange a replacement for the defective product they delivered after taking rupees 90,994/-
