hello,
with a lot of frustration this to inform you that i have not received the delivery for the item i had ordered from Paytm(order no.6293235101) on date 16th Oct 2018. and i was supposed to receive it by 22nd cot 2018.
1) 22nd Oct was the proposed date by Paytm to receive an order.
2) On 22nd Oct it did not happen.and the status showed that delivery has been attempted.
3) On 22nd Oct Status showed that customer has deferred the delivery and hence the expected date for delivery is 24th Oct 2018.
4. I have waited for 24th Oct but again i did not receive the delivery.
5) Again it showed that expected date for delivery is 26th Oct 2018 but still i have not received the delivery.
6) The delivery persons number provided is not working every day its getting switched off.
7) Nobody made call to me and tried to contact but still delivery status showing that customer has deferred the delivery, its ridiculous.
please take care of this issue.
