I ordered a bed on 14 october and it had been delivered to me by 23 oct 2023 but yet I don’t receive it and they also extend the EDD with no reason. when I track my order it is in Gurgaon warehouse from past 10 days but they are not delivering it Why ? i don’t know. when I contacted those persons they denied to deliver and said pls contact to customer care . when I contacted customer care every time they said we will arrange a call back for you but I don’t receive any call. now the situation is my product is stucked at warehouse and my money also they ware not delivering the product. when I connect they give me written mail of delivering it by maximum 31 October 2023 but still not delivering now. what should i do . plzzz help me sir
