I too have received a message on my mobile on 11-08-2020 reg the price drop of a tab and I click on the given link and selected the product and paid Rs 2999.00 from my bank credit card. The payment was made thru payumoney and the payment was successful for Rs.2999 dtd 11.08.2020. After completing the payment I received a mail from helptapgig@gmail.com for the confirmation of purchase and with my order no was confirmed immediately as Order MS1341 . Till today I have sent five mails to the same mail id and didn’t get any reply for my mails and no dispatch details were received. Please take strict action on this fraudulent company.

Same thing happened with us. I would recommend you to get a legal notice made and then send it to tapgig’s email id. We did the same.. got our money back. We got the notice made from an online site. It cost me 800 bucks but atleast got my money back!
