I have ordered gift for my six years daughter I have place it on 15th March and paid rs 100 extra for next day delivery on 16th nothing was updated whole day my daughter was waiting packaged to be arrive at home I hardly convenience her till 11hrs and she sleep on 16th.

Today on 17th I talked to customer care about 6 agent and they shamefully said it will be delivered on 19th.  So what I said I understand there was problem on 16th at least deliver it on 17th the package in there at last destination center but they didn’t change their words.

I feel this insulted means you take money to deliver on 16th and not delivering in 17th top of that you are shamefully saying it will now delived till 19th is this the real business or some kind of shop like a worldwide distribution network company cannot dilever a small gift package within 50kms of radius how shameful and unfortunate is this….

We didn’t pay Amazon to hear their operational issue we pay to get the package on time as commited in business there only one commitment

Your agents and Amazon system making false assurance and fake commitments we can also say wil pay after four days get me my delivery first will that work this is not justice like we pay for next day as a understanding there might be some problem can be delivered on 2 Nd day but there is no shame at all what a shameless Amazon is saying will deliver on 19th March..

This is like everything will be decided by amazon we don’t have anything to say we they will be free it will be delivered is this the way to insult customer who paid everything in advanced with extra charges to deliver…

Amazon making fun of customers not a real business now it is started moving towards fake commitment company
