Very bad customer service, there is no guidelines or timelines in place to resolve the issue. I’ve an issue which is pending from more than 10days now and it’s not resolved yet. Everytime i contact they just tell that they’ll look into it and resolve the issue in 2 days. followed up 30 times to check the progress,i never got to the point answer. Always copy n paste earlier response. They don’t know their own policies, guidelines, timelines If this is the case please close it. CLOSE FLIPKART.
