I ordered a mobile phone (Moto Razr 40) on 09 Oct from Amazon and the Amazon delivery agent has not attempted delivery on 12 Oct and 13 Oct and marked the order as customer without my consent. I have contacted Amazon customer service numerous time however I was not given a resolution and I was only informed Amazon can issue me a refund but not deliver the product. Amazon customer service is disconnecting calls multiple times. This has mentally impacted my mental health.
