Used delhivery service to send clothes to my brother in law and checked weight of parcel was around 4.4 kgs. Delivery person issued charges for 2-5 kg product and took away parcel (Delivery person was from Delhivery office Kadipur Gurgaon)
When my brother in law received parcel , it was repacked entirely and half of items were missing from parcel.
Its weight was also 3.3 kg
No response from Kadipur Gurgaon office and even from Delhivery customer care.
Fraudlent calls started coming to Re-activate my Delhivery account for Rs 5 by entering my UPI details.
