I ordered food using zomato app on Friday night around 8.30pm. It’s come at 9.30pm…Delivery person called me and ask me come out…I went out to meet him..he open the food basket the food package It’s fully opened its spread fully in his basket..his manager called me we will return back the food and refund money Back with in 5 working days he told and cut the call immediately he never ready hear my words…iam totally fed-up with his response..I paid money for food they not delivered ..I want to wait 5 days for getting my money back…I want wait 5 days for my money back without food..no proper response from zomato till now…I hope you understood my situation It’s really very bad service with zomato
