Dear Team,
We have placed an order with amazon on 10-82023, delivery expected by 14-08-2023.
Without any calls and message in amazon website showing delivery attempted PFA.
And after that we raised complaint with amazon support team, from 14-08-2023, every time they are excused and committed delivery within 24 hour someone and some other by 72hours.
now all the wait is over, today when we asking to cancel the order and refund process they are telling order to be cancelled by seller only and all.
we placed order with amazon not with seller.
we need immediate action and refund now.
please do the needful
