I ordered shoes from Amazon, I didn’t liked it so i decided to return it, next day when i was at the office, the pickup guy arrived at home, he called me several times but I didn’t pick up I was in a meeting, when I saw my phone I had several missed calls from amazon and also from my home when I called my mom, she says that the pickup guy told that I’m not lifting calls form him so she handed over my shoes to the pickup guy, without any of my acknowledgment, and the guy just went off with my shoes, i didn’t received any of the messages, and when i checked the order return status on amazon app it shows that the return verification has been canceled, which means it is saying that the shoes has not even been picked up from my home. I reported to the Amazon customer care, they are saying that it will take 72 hours (3 days) to respond to my consern
