My son unexpectedly ordered one playing item from Amazon. I got call from Amazon delivery person regarding delivery, I told it was by mistake and I asked him to cancel the order, for that he asked me for a OTP to cancel it, I shared the OTP after confirming with him does it really required to share the delivery OTP to cancel the product, he insisted me to share the delivery OTP to cancel my order, so I shared the OTP and it got confirmed. I tried many times to connect with him but no luck, he didn’t answer my calls and at the end I called Amazon customer service to inform the same, they told me we will resolve the issue in a week and she told me no need to call again to remind and they only give call to confirm the resolution of the issue and they told me they will take strict disciplinary action against them, but now they are not even listening to my issue a s simply ignoring my calls and messages.
