Requesting the authorities to resolve my problem stated below:-
I (KUMAR VIKRANT SINGH) have booked a DSLR Camera (Canon 200d mark ii) on 4th february from Amazon (order id- 171-5239485-3440314) worth Rs 47485. It was delivered on 9th february. While opening the package, i was in my office along with my colleagues (Mr. Bhubnesh, Mr. Manish, etc.) and I found that the product was totally different from what I orderd, i.e., in the box I found two park Avenue perfume and two killer deodrants. I am having a video and some pictures of this process as well. The same day i have complained to the customer care of Amazon on which i was told about an inspection over this matter and on 15th February i called Amazon for the same on which they told that nothing can be done in this matter as there is no fault from their end. I escalated this matter to their senior management as well on which they were also having the same reply. In this process i was asked for some documents and details by their executive on WhatsApp (Vide no : 9971119433). The delivery boy seems suspicious to me too (his no is 8512897396- Vishal).
I would like to request you to please look into this matter and help me out. For this i will be highly obliged to you.
