i had placed online order of a titan chronograph wrist watch on May 19, 2019
On May 24, 2019 delivery executive called me and while I was not available to receive the order. He said he will come back in 1 hour and deliver the product, he also left his personal mobile number with me.
To my surprise his number was switched off and I saw message which says product is delivered.
it’s a clear case of delivery fraud, if I have received the product, where is the proof of delivery.
i need the product or refund.
