My brother ordered wrangler product from myntra ecom site which was to be delivered on 4th of November but due to passing away of our grandmother on 3rd November we all family went off to grandmothers home that is in palampur kangra hp where as the delivery location our office gomti sons was close due to passing away of our grandmother so the phones or notifications weren’t seen due to family loss but myntra delivery boy delivered order in closed office located without any information or taking otp which is straightly showing we would get any information regarding order delivery as no otp was taken and office was also close so myntra executive now says they don’t have any record who received the order or who was being called and informed regarding this so please help to get knowledge about receiving persons number and name so we can get out of this provlem
