I have ordered a mattress on the 18th of Jan’26, which was assured to get within 5 to 7 working days. But till 31st Jan’26 I haven’t received my product, and after multiple communications, they are saying it will take another 24 to 48 hrs for the delivery, which was expected to be 4th Feb’26. Poor customer response after multiple email & phone calls
