I was order a product boat rockerz 330 on 13th nov, here are the product order # 406-9528092-2865128 at Shapar Veraval, Rajkot, (Gujrat)360024
My product was delivered on 14th nov.
After complete the process of delivery. i was go to home and when i opened the pack box is empty. there was not bluetooth accessories and manual in box.i have complete video of unboxing after getting this i was stunned. i was call to delivery boy but he was busy and couldn’t attend call. So i raised complaint against missing product on amazon help portal after contact with customer associates they give me a date for complete their investigation that was 21 nov.
During 15th nov to 21 nov. i was call to customer associates for know the progress. they was not even share mail or update regarding complaint register and not share complaint raised no or token.
After too many call they just send me mail about complaint registration on 17th nov.
After complete the investigation they said that we does not give you refund or replacement becuase in our investigation product was available when dispatch.
They was complete thier investigation without get my evidence.
