I odered sony earbuds buy one get one from facebook advertising on date 18 september 2022 which cost ₹1,599 in COD payment but received different very cheap quality product headphone from Gadget Villa which located at Part 1/A New Delhi through Ekart, they had done fraud to their customers therefore please kindly refund my hard earned money through my UPI (mbishorjit@ybl) and please take appropriate actions against them.
