I had ordered Gold through Paytm. The delivery was supposed to happen by Oct 18, 2021 by ECom Express. I have tried calling ECom Express’s customer support every day from Oct 19, 2021. They mention that they have raised a complaint and will be dealt with “as soon as possible”. The definition of “as soon as possible” seems to be today or tomorrow or any time in future. I had raised this issue with one of their supervisors (Deepak Thomas) and had told him that I will be forced to raise a complaint in consumer court if I did not get the delivery. Even though he mentioned that he will do something “as soon as possible”, I have not seen any action. They are unwilling to give me any complaint ID as well for the multiple complaints that I have raised. They are unwilling to give me any contact details of the delivery hub so that I could go and check out what is the situation. I seriously believe that all of these people are working in cohorts not to deliver the gold. I have raised multiple complaints with Paytm care as well but I have not received any help from them as well. Their site shows that the gold was “delivered”. Attached is the image of the same.
