Text of Complaint by Mahendra:

I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the delay in delivery of my table order placed on 16 July 2025, with a scheduled delivery date of 26 July 2025.
On the evening of 26 July, I noticed an update from your system around 09:00 PM IST, without notifying me that the delivery had been extended to 29 July. However, I contacted customer care at approximately 10:00 PM IST on the same day, and your representative assured me that my concern had been raised and the item would be delivered by 27 July morning.
Based on that assurance, I waited patiently until 12:00 PM IST on 27 July, but unfortunately, the order still has not arrived. I attempted another call to customer support but did not receive any meaningful assistance. In total, I have spent over 80 minutes trying to resolve this issue without success.
This experience has caused considerable inconvenience, and I kindly request that you:
• Prioritize the delivery of my order by latest 27July evening.
• Share a clear and accurate update on its current status
• Ensure that such discrepancies and miscommunication are not repeated in future interactions
• I Request 100% compensation for the inconvenience and time lost due to the delay of my table order placed on 16 July 2025, with an expected delivery date of 26 July.
I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and expect a resolution at the earliest.
