I ordered A Mobile Phone Order Number is #407-2869648-9671552 via Amazon India, I order on 1/08/2023 and I was supposed to be received this product on 06-08-2023. But today when I checked the delivery status and found that Amazon India has changed the delivery status as cancelled without any notice and without visit to check exchange phone. I called customer care and they did not solve this issue. I asked them if I do not get this product on time then it is no use or no worth to me because I want to surprised someone special to me, but now due to Amazon, I can not fully fill I thought. Though I could cancel this Item, how will I get the same product locally in a short time period therefore I did not cancel. Amazon showed no sympathy for human emotion and behaved unethically.
I don’t know what justice would be given to me. Kindly Advise.
