I have ordered a Amazfit Smart Watch to gift my husband on his birthday through Amazon India but i got the watch which is not working and the watch and is box have two different serial no. (watch s\no- 20082209A15017 & watch Box s\no- 20082137568529). As this Watch is not working i generate a replacement order, but the amazon courier partner said as the watch and its box contain two different serial no. and verification is not possible so he is not able to take it. then i complained to amazon customer care regarding this issue 2-3 times and each time they generate new return order but didnt resolve this issue and everytime the verification issue occured. i again & again called to amazon customer care this time they said that the courier partner take the watch without any verification and they generate a return and refund order. and they assured me that as watch reached to their warehouse refund will deposit to my original payment mode with in 7-10 days. till 29/10/22 i didn’t get my refund. so on 30/10/22 i called to amazon customer care regarding this issue this time they replied that their investigating team investigate the watch and find that i didnt return the original watch to then and they discard the watch, and they will give anny refund to me. this issue ruined my husband’s birthday and also give mental harassment. plz resolve my issue ASAP. for assistance i am attaching picture of Amazfit Watch image, watch box, invoice, and reply given by amazon
