I want to raise a complaint against delivery agent of Flikart. EKART team misplaced my product and asked me to cancel my order but I rejected to do that . After some days 1 delivery girl comes to me to deliver my 2 products 1 is jeans and another one is my watch which is misplaced. She has taken 2 OTP from me and delivered only 1 products which is my jeans and not delivered my watch, I have a proof of that (CCTV Footage) . After taking OTP she updated status of my watch as delivered but she only delivered my jeans .
I request you to please look into this issue and please get my watch back to me as it was my birthday gift given by someone special.
