Text of Complaint by Md Gulfam Ansari:

I received the message that my parcel had been delivered on 22 July 2023. However, to my utter shock, the parcel was delivered to an unknown person at my specified address, and I did not receive the product myself. This incident raises serious concerns about the security and reliability of Flipkart’s delivery process.

In response to this unfortunate incident, I promptly contacted Flipkart’s customer support to request the return of the parcel. Despite multiple attempts, the delivery boy failed to pick up the parcel from the incorrect recipient. This negligence from the delivery personnel has prolonged the issue and added to my frustration.

Furthermore, I was informed that the product I received, supposedly mismatched from the actual one. This raises doubts about the authenticity and quality of Flipkart’s products, as I expect to receive exactly what I ordered without any discrepancies.

I have been a loyal customer of Flipkart for a considerable time, and such a disappointing experience is unexpected from a reputed e-commerce platform. I request an immediate investigation into this matter and swift resolution to retrieve my parcel and ensure that the correct product is delivered to me.

I urge Flipkart to take strict action against the delivery boy responsible for this mishandling and take measures to prevent such incidents in the future. I also request a thorough review of the delivery process to ensure the safety and security of customers’ parcels.

I demand that Flipkart initiate an immediate return process for the parcel and arrange for the delivery of the correct product without any further delay. Additionally, I expect appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused to me during this ordeal.

Please provide me with a detailed plan of action to rectify this situation and assure me that such lapses will not be repeated in the future.

I look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution to this matter. Your attention to this issue is greatly appreciated.
