I ordered shirt in ajio company.my delivery date 7.8.2022 yesterday but my product not delivered because the delivery boy called me and asked my address so I told the address but he responded rudely and told if u able get your product and cut the call. Then I called ajio customer care and choose tamil language but they give English & Hindi i adjusted and complains about delivery boy they said I talk required steps but they don’t gave any complain proof no.then today 8.8.2022 a delivery boy called and asked same question as yesterday I told the address but he lied to me that I am in wrong address so i deliver later.then i check my Ajio app their they posted delivery boy attempted.then I call ajio customer care like yesterday and choose tamil language but they talked to me in English & Hindi again& again in next series calls….so take required measures sir…..
