I am writing this email to file a complaint against delivery boys who exhibited extremely unprofessional and rude behavior towards my neighbour who’s taking delivery.
The incident happened on [13/01/2024] when the delivery boy arrived at my neighbour’s doorstep to deliver my order because I am not available so I informed the delivery boy and he was from Ekart. She politely asked the delivery boy for the amount and that’s not the exact price shown in the bill, but he began to misbehave and spoke in a very impolite and disrespectful manner. His comments were unwarranted, and he even insinuated that I did not have enough money to buy the product.
This kind of behavior from your delivery boy is unacceptable and has caused me a great deal of stress and anxiety. I would like to request an apology from him, and I would appreciate it if you could take appropriate action to ensure that such incidents do not happen in the future.
I hope you will take prompt action in this regard and resolve the matter at the earliest.
