My issues with regards to Order#150793677761. While booking the order from Red Bucket I selected I’ve provided full address of my locality. The delivery boy went to some GPS location directed him on the Swiggy app, delivery boy called me and mentioning that he is at GPS location and not at the address mentioned on the order. I asked him to come to my locality which is around 600 to 750 meters from his GPS location, but he refused to come to my locality. I hired a auto (paid around Rs-50) and searching for him, I called him multiple times but he was not answering my calls. Finally I received a call from Order management team, and I was able to contact him and collected the parcel. When I asked him why he was not answering my calls and refusing to come to address.
I was frustrated with his behavior and I spoken with him in a high tone, in return he scolded me by using vulgar language, while order management executive on the call but she was silent and did not stop devilry boy scolding me. All these conversations was recorded on your system.
Moreover, the package delivered does not have RedBucket invoice on it, and the parcel is not in bucket.
Request someone to look into this issue and take appropriate action.
