Delivery boy refused to provide door delivery, but returned order as customer not wiling to accept order. He called me on the first day of order and said he cannot provide delivery and asked me to come and collect 4 KM before by place. I said I cannot come and collect. Then he said he will reroute the package. so someother delivery partner deliver to my place. But when i look into xpressbees tracking page, he mentioned that im not wiling to collect the package. I have call recordings for the conversation.
