The delivery boy Mr. Karthi ( contact number: 7094474811), refused doorstep delivery of my consignment D44255086 to 2nd floor of the apartment building which is the mentioned address and was quite rude and adamant that he won’t deliver it. He sent back the consignment stating that ‘ the receiver refused delivery ‘ , which is absolutely false and unacceptable. I never even got a call for another consignment D44255015 which was to be delivered to the same address the next day. Upon contacting the branch (Avinashi, pincode: 641654) (contact number: 9361164749) , the lady who attended the calls said DTDC asks for consignee’s signature. Kindly note that this is against DTDC’s no contact delivery policy which is based on OTP. I was out of station and had clearly communicated to the delivery boy that I had installed a monitoring system at my door front. Unfortunately, my husband had to visit the branch for receiving the latter consignment cancelling his tour plans. By the time the former consignment was sent back to sender without any acknowledgement. I am yet to receive my former courier. Eventhough the complaint was raised in DTDC Consumer support, no actions have been taken yet. Kindly assist
