on 16th December, a delivery guy harassed family members with Verbal abuse and was very rude to them. This was during the return and replacement of a product.

Hi… I have ordered a replacement at myntra delivery boy was just not willing to deliver my product… He demanded me to come down to roadside to hand over the parcel to him.. Later he is asking y are u replacing…. Y u do online shopping… U can go nd buy offline.. He opened package throwed it in mud nd threatened me to impose false allegations on me… Started saying abusive words… My 20month old daughter came out crying listening to his loud voice he started abusing right from downstairs… Nd came running shouting all the way… Literally to fight… He was all set to fight… Then he threatens u wnat ur parcel or not….. Is this behavior acceptable for a lady staying with a kid…tired all day taking care of kid nd home and then this delivery guy behavior comes as a surprise gift for u… It shook me literally…
