Order was out for delivery on 24th june 2023 but Delivery boy (of “Delhivery” company) refused to come to my home saying he was at another location. He said he would deliver the following day (25th is sunday).
I waited whole day but he did not come. At 3 PM i got one message saying such is the OTP for cancelling your order. I had not requested for cancellation, and also did not share the OTP with delivery agent. At about 5 PM Amazon called asking if i want to cancel, i said do. At 6 PM my order said items cancelled.
This is a huge security issue, how is a 3rd party able to cancel order on behalf of the customer without their consent? How are they able to get the OTP? The Govt must look into this matter immediately. This is not the only time an order has come closed to my location and gets cancelled without my consent. The other time it happened with Flipkart.
