On June 30 delivery boy from ecomexpress in chandapura, Bangalore branch named Rahul told he is coming to deliver my product which is cash on delivery.
I was in class by that time so couldn’t come to gate so I payed him 1608 rs in Paytm to him and asked him to handover in gate. Later when I checked product was not there,I called him he mentioned to deliver next day. Next day he called me and told that money was autodebited for his EMI, even after giving continuous complaint in their customer care services none of the action is taken till today. Very irresponsible company. It’s been a month still they refuse to attend my calls
