I ordered a mobile phone from amazon for which i opted exchange of my old phone. I shared all the details about my old phone at the time of placing order as my old phone had a little scratch on the back cover. But when the delivery boy came to me he just denied to take the exchange saying that he is unable to see if i had mentioned about this scratch on their site. The scratch was too little and also i mentioned it at the time of placing my order. The exchange value for a non defective old phone was around 9500 but i mentioned that it has scratch so the exchanged value was reduced to 8800 at the time of placing the order. I paid rest of the amount at the time of placing the order. The delivery boy said he cant see if i have mentioned that i had scratch on the back cover n denied taking the exchange and asked me to pay 8800 cash but i refused to pay him cash and asked him to get it confirmed from their office that i have mentioned about the scratch. He said he will go n talk about this in his office and will come to deliver the phone the next day. But he immediately cancelled the order mentioning that customer refused to take the order. I tried contacting him about the same but what all i got was rude replies from the delivery boy. This exchange offer ultimately came up as a scam to me. The name of the delivery boy is Akhil and i want to complain about him.. Coz i paid 129 rs as exchange charges which got me no use.
